Adjusted LLC to High and raised V-core to 1.35v, achieving lower temperatures in the 80s during cinebench. Checked V-core readings on CPUz—it stayed under 1.272v. Vin levels for channels 1, 2, and 3 remained elevated.

Everything below 1.4 works. Moderate LLC levels are acceptable. Under 100c in a full stress test is okay. Your cooling performance is solid. The main improvement needed was to reduce fat. I tackled that and made a big difference.

Worry not, the information you received is accurate. VID isn't a voltage; it's a signal from the CPU to the motherboard. You can safely disregard it.

The ID refers to the video being requested by the chip, not the one actually received. Check for the VR OUT reading if possible; otherwise, a VCORE reading under the motherboard sensors should exist.
