Hello, after overclocking my i7 8700K I encountered a bluescreen upon restart with error 0x0000255.... anyone have any advice on this issue? Thanks a lot.

I resolved the problem because when restoring the BIOS by default, the boot partition switched to a different driver... I needed to revert to Windows 8.1 since there were issues after the latest Windows 10 update and compatibility problems with Obs...

1. To adjust the stock settings, take out the CMOS battery for a minute and then reinsert it, restarting if necessary.
2. If you're using an 8700k or have a new Z370 MB, it's recommended to switch from Windows 8 to Windows 10.

I resolved the problem because during the restoration I set the BIOS to default, causing the boot partition to switch to another driver.
I needed to revert to Windows 8.1 since there were issues after the latest Windows 10 update and compatibility problems with Obsidian.
