I began with the EZ tune offered by Asus. It instantly reached 5ghz, yet the temperature exceeded 90°C during a Cinebench R15 CPU test. The highest recorded temperature in Celsius ranges from 4.7 to 5.0. How do these values compare to typical observations? I'm using the Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 4 air cooler for this setup.

Here are the detailed temperatures:
- Idle: 4.7 – 34°C
- Cinebench R15 CPU load: 74
- Idle: 4.8 – 35°C
- Cinebench R15 CPU load: 85
- Idle: 4.9 – 40°C
- Cinebench R15 CPU load: 88
- 5.0 – 35°C
- 5.0 – 92°C

The full system specifications are available here:
https://pcpartpicker.com/b/PW6scf

After applying the EZ tune, I adjusted the core ratio limit down from 49. Thanks, everyone!

It looks like the cooler is likely running too hot. Your vcore might be too high. Adjusting it could help.

That appears quite high for the cooler. What is your vcore? EZ might be applying more than needed.

If it's stable there, that's a great original character.
