DDRAM should follow the XMP settings and adjust based on stability. 1.45 is my max I use. My CPU gets hot due to Intel's TIM issues and likely excessive auto-voltage.

You could set your CPU core voltage to 1.350 and keep the rest automatic. Thanks for asking—it’s a new experience for you!
