Your CPU might have suffered damage due to the extreme temperature spikes. Such incidents are uncommon but possible, especially with inadequate cooling. Given the late reply, it’s uncertain, but I wouldn’t rely too heavily on this. I’m not sure how to verify it, though I tested it on an older CPU with poor cooling.
I share identical CPU performance. With the stock cooler, temperatures rise to 90°C. Initially Turbo Mode was active in BIOS, but once disabled, temps stabilized around 75°C.
