They quickly reached 50 and remained steady once the cooling issue was resolved, then they'd spike significantly if I disabled the system that keeps it chilled.

It's simple when the weather is around 5°C and you let a window near the PC open, letting fresh air in from outside. Just wear a jacket and you'll feel the warmth: DDD

From the readings, it’s best not to increase the load further. Aim for stability over a period longer than ten minutes. Higher speeds usually put more strain on other components.
