You gain nothing from this action. The only cost is the chance of damaging your chip.

Understood, just assuming how things are meant to function. There won’t be any sudden failure—Intel did a solid job beforehand. An 80°C temperature is fine and won’t damage the CPU soon enough. In twenty years, it might struggle with heat, but nobody will mind then.

Prepare yourself first before tackling the task. Your inner concerns are the real source of this anxiety, not the technical issues. How often do you panic after reading something? There’s no problem with your CPU temperature—it won’t get worse or cause a shutdown. Upgrading your cooler merely moves heat outside your workspace; it doesn’t improve performance. Pause, center yourself, and review everyone’s feedback again. Remember, we’re all giving the same advice.

it doesn't work. Regarding room temperature, a more efficient cooler can improve chip performance... provided you don't waste those watts on the cooler. Watts stay the same; if you lower your cooler's power by 5W, the heat entering the room stays the same. Still, that amount is quite low overall.

Certainly there are more advanced coolers available, but for that low-power high-performance CPU, an Evo 212 would be a solid choice. I could purchase an AIO with 240mm or 360mm sizes, though it would seem like an unnecessary expense for such a decent processor.
