Take a look at the title. Did I pull off the silicon lottery? I'm sitting at 65 degrees Celsius after 30 minutes of ASUS realbench using a $70 Corsair H60 and a 5.4 GHz processor with a 1.28 VCore. Who knows what it would do with real liquid cooling? The input voltage is 1.36 and the VCore is 1.28. I'm a bit worried about pushing further? The temperature actually drops as I increase the frequency by 0.015 for every 0.1 GHz I go up. Is it safe to push this to 5.5+ GHz with temperatures around 1.3 and voltages near 1.3? I'm not sure if something is going wrong or if I've won the silicon mega lottery. No crashes, just so far. It's a Broadwell-E.

I wouldn't rely on RealBench for stability or thermal checks, only as a sign that further testing should be pursued.
In any case, I'm uncertain about your luck—overclocking at 6800K under full load could easily reach around 200w, making it unlikely for H60 to maintain the cores at 65°C with room temperature above 20°C.
What monitoring tools do you employ for voltages and temperatures?

I'm using the Asus Extreme Tuning Utility with its stress test feature. I won't exceed 70°C during these tests. After this, I plan to prime it to 95°C. Currently at 5.4GHz, I may stop here.

I'm playing World of Warcraft with maximum graphics settings. I upgraded from 4.1GHz to a new 5.4. My Core Temp is now 43°C and my FPS has increased by about 20 in the game. I believe I got lucky with the hardware.

I have the cheapest liquid cooler money I can get, and I'm stabilized at 72°C during stress tests. This thing can go up to about 1.45 Vcore, and I can actually see it stabilize around 7GHz. Anyone have any advice on how to proceed with this powerful CPU?

It's simple to claim it, but without evidence it's hard for me to trust your words. Please demonstrate stable performance on prime95 for a few hours. Include HWMonitor to display temperatures, speeds, and voltages.
As I mentioned, it's straightforward to say this, yet without proof it feels like just browsing a site. I think there might be a troll involved.

I would suggest it's not feasible. No matter what golden sample is used, it won't boot into Windows even with a 5.5GHz processor when using air or liquid cooling. It seems there might be an issue with the system providing those readings.
