MeanMachine, I reviewed the voltages from the BIOS and rerun AIDA64 to verify them, which matched what you expected. It looks like HWMonitor might be misreading the values.

Occasionally using two monitors simultaneously may lead to incorrect measurements for certain MBs. You might want to run the other tests in AIDA64 for DIMMs and GPU, and extend the testing time to about 30 minutes. Only use readings from AIDA64 without HWMonitor. Additionally, consider trying Realbench v2.43 as an alternative tester. If you successfully pass that test and benchmark, your system appears stable.
