Having a WHEA error doesn’t indicate the CPU won’t function properly. You still have fixable issues. If your CPU met Prime for 54 hours, you can be confident it will work too—just run a game to confirm. If it doesn’t crash or freeze, everything seems fine. Another tip is to switch to a high-performance power plan and slightly increase the voltage on the CPU core (but avoid overvolting).

I forgot, but I attempted it again and only saw a rise in CPU temperature. I also switched to Windows high performance power plan, but no improvement. The first image shows CPU core voltage at 1.3V and the second at 1.45V, which is the maximum recommended for this chipset. Both images were taken with the high performance plan active. Raising the voltage further didn't help. Thank you once more for your assistance. I also observed something unusual. In a previous screenshot from my MSI board, when I tried the 6700k, the CPU ran at 1.27V and consumed 95.5W. At first, I assumed the higher temperatures were due to the older HYPER 212 EVO chip installed. I had never overclocked that board before, and default settings were used. On Gigabyte boards, however, the CPU operates at 1.15V and around 75W even after manually setting the core voltage up to 1.3V. Interestingly, when I adjusted the BIOS core voltage to 1.45V, the readings in OCCT and HWINFO were lower than what I set in BIOS. Increasing the BIOS core voltage to 1.12V caused the temperature to rise further to 93W. It's puzzling how this behaves.
