I'm running deus ex mankind with all settings at their maximum. My temperature is at 55°C and CPU usage is under 60%. My GTX 1080 is at 59°C and under. Are these acceptable and safe levels?

Absolutely, I'm thrilled about that, what's the best cooler and voltage setting for 4.2? It definitely sounds like a solid CPU.
