The 212 was in my previous vehicle which I sold. I’m not sure what to do next, maybe I tried adjusting it more to check its performance, but I think gaming at 60–65 is fine. Thanks.

Under 70C for regular use is perfectly acceptable.

The cheers inside my rig didn’t help much—clearly the 212 wouldn’t fit well since the current fan is already struggling. Water cooling might be necessary...

I have concerns about liquid cooling because there is minimal thermal mass connected to the CPU. This results in almost no cooling if the pump stops, slows down, or if air gets trapped inside the CPU. Even with a model like the 212, you still receive standard cooling performance once the fan fails.
If the fan is in contact with the DIMM, you can adjust its position on the heatsink—unclip it and raise it slightly if space permits. Alternatively, relocate the fan to another side of the heatsink and reposition the clips to redirect airflow as needed. As long as the pipes and bottom fins are free from obstructions, there are several ways to secure the fan properly.

When your DIMMs are placed near your CPU slots, consider shifting them to the second position in each channel for more space. This adjustment can provide additional room and help verify compatibility with your system. It may allow fitting other components as well.
