I tried his instructions but didn't disable the integrated boost and cool states. Is this the correct method for overclocking the CPU? I'm currently at 95 and don't want to damage my CPU. Just hoping to improve performance since I recently bought a 1070ti. I have the same issue as he mentioned.
Overclocking requires a complete package. We can't discuss your actions without understanding your full system specifications. List them clearly:
