Alright heyy guts ,
I think that intel burn test has a bug or something
If I use OCCT , Prime 95 I get to 70C
but If I use intel burn test on standart as soon as I press start my CPU Temps jump to 100C
I don't know what to do

The high voltage required to achieve 4.6GHz results in elevated temperatures, as anticipated. The CPU core voltage of 1.3 is indeed high for an i7-4790K at that frequency. A guide with visuals using AI Suite III is available for overclocking tips.

Avoid using Intel Burn Test as it alters your voltage settings, leading to excessively high temperatures. For alternative testing, try Prime95 Version 26.6.

Test with smaller FFTs.

IBT works well only when you're confident your cooling performance exceeds the required level by 150%. Don't stress about it. If it performs well in P95, it's an excellent result.

High load below 80°C is acceptable. Is an 84°C safe? Also, could you clarify when to adjust the BCLK and what it refers to?

There are no issues with IBT. I simply tested the IBT Standard Stress Level on my i7-4790K with all four cores running at 4.4GHz, and it only reached a maximum temperature of 75°C with an air cooler.

There's no bug in IBT. I just ran IBT Standard Stress Level on my i7-4790K with all four cores at 4.4GHz and only reached a peak of 75°C using an air cooler.
I tried to run it on 4.6 and it went to 100C
Why wasn't it mentioned, in your first post, that you were overclocking?
What Vcore voltage is being used? What is the brand and model of the CPU cooler?
