I7-4790K continuous loop issue
I7-4790K continuous loop issue
I recently got an older gaming PC from a friend. It seems the CPU might have overheated briefly because of a bad AIO, though I can't confirm this for sure. The machine has a boot loop when powering on—nothing displays after turning it on. Lights come on, fans start briefly, then shut off and restart again. This pattern repeats unpredictably until the boot issue clears. Once stable, everything works normally. I've replaced the power supply, RAM, and motherboard, so I'm pretty sure the problem lies with the CPU. I’m wondering if there’s a way to fix this or how to test the AIO more easily. Any advice would be helpful.
