Hi so I overclock my CPU to 4.5ghz with vcore 1.27.
I stress tested cpu with prime95 26.6 for 5min and I got max temp 81.Is that high??
And also middel of test I turned h100i fan to balance and after 1min I turned it back to quiet mode. So should I use faster fan speed or these temps are normal?

81C is comfortable, though not extremely warm. I'd be worried if it reached 91C+.

Good news, the key is to keep vcore around 1.3 or less. 80°C might be too high, but the CPU can handle close to 100°C before slowing down to safeguard itself. Under typical conditions, you won't hit stress test limits. I recommend using OCCT or another specialized tester. Prime95 and IBT don't rely on standard instructions and tend to produce more heat. If needed, adjust fan speed via motherboard settings and run only at high speed during load.
