i7 3770 non K BCLK overclocking
Hi, I'm checking how much more I can adjust the BCLK settings without harming my system. Currently I'm using 4.3GHz across all cores with turbo boost up to 4.5, a 105Mhz bus speed and 1.2Vcore. Everything seems stable—no crashes, temps stay under 68°C even at full load with a decent cooler. My setup includes an i7 3770, Gigabyte Z68AP-D3, GTX 1070, and two 8GB Corsair 1866MHz CL9 1.5V cards on a 600W gold PSU.
I believe you're operating around 2Mhz, which is above a safe threshold. The ideal limit is around 103, as before the 4th Gen the BCLK was linked to PCI-E and SATA bus speeds, effectively forcing your SATA connection to be controlled, which can cause data corruption eventually.
