I7 12700KF performance under idle conditions
I recently rebuilt my CPU using Noctua H1 and originally intended to get an H2 but ended up following a tutorial on Tom’s Hardware. Since then, my idle temperatures fluctuate between 23-27°C without any clear reason. Note that my performance under load remains similar to before.
It’s acceptable for background work—it will always be handled this way.
