Hello, I'm evaluating a CPU choice for my project. Both options lack built-in graphics, which fits my preference since I'm relying on a GPU. The $50 price gap between the 'KF" and another model is worth considering in terms of value. It might be useful to remember I won't be overclocking, just aiming for solid performance at a lower cost.

The 11400 performs comparably to the 11600, with only a slight performance drop. In games, it's roughly 4% less efficient.

If you don’t want to boost the speed or change the turbo settings, the 11600KF is the better choice. It supports up to 125W of power usage. At full capacity, it operates significantly faster than the 11400F, which caps at 65W. More efficiency means less performance when under heavy load. Test Cinebench R23 for a short period and you’ll see the difference. Benchmarks lasting just a minute may still be on par. After that point, once the turbo limit hits PL2 and shifts to PL1, the performance gap becomes noticeable.
