There are many 11th generation i7s available, not just one. The 1165G7 belongs to a separate processor lineup.

I skipped the screenshot because the original post mentioned the 10500H, so I thought it was more significant. Still, the 1165G7 can be greatly hindered by its power limits, which my laptop confirms. Of course, AIB design plays a big role too—an Asus machine with the same CPU might perform worse than an Acer one with the identical processor.
I wasn't considering a desktop CPU. I was thinking about purchasing this laptop before, mainly for programming tasks. My lecturer advised me to opt for an i7 model, so I'm wondering if an i7 11/10th generation laptop would be more powerful than this MSI GF63 with an i5 10500h.
I'm also evaluating it alongside that CPU, which is found in certain Intel Iris Xe models.
Your userbenchmark image showed a score of 10500, not 10500H. They are two separate chips, and the non-H model is a desktop processor.
