I picked 13700 because if it doesn’t work, I can still use the PC with built-in graphics. Thanks for the help!

Thank you all for your input. I'll choose 13700 as it's a bit higher than 13600K with minimal impact on cost.

I used an i5 processor, reached a high voltage spike at 66°C during a 240AIO session in R23, and switched to DDR4 32GB with a 3600 MHz clock speed. That setup is quite affordable.
