I didn't connect the extra 4 pins because I read that it's helpful when using older CPUs like 9900k and 9700k. Do you think connecting them would solve your problem? Thanks for your reply. LOL, definitely not. I didn't expect it to fix your issue by plugging in the 4-pin. That's a bit surprising./..I'll share this with my fellow Geeks. I was just wondering why you didn't have it connected at all, since I wasn't sure you'd even be able to boot without it, as it powers the CPU, but leaving it off won't help either. You might also want to mention your RAM speed in your specs ;-)
