I understand you can increase the CPU ratio in BIOS to 41. It's worth considering whether boosting it yourself will perform better than letting the CPU naturally reach higher frequencies. For your setup—B365M Arctic Freezer 34 eSports DUO 1070 TI 550W—boosting manually might yield better results for gaming performance.

Open Task Manager, navigate to Performance, then go to the CPU section and click on more details. The red circles will display the current speeds.
