That's acceptable, I typically reduce by 0.05v increments.

Could you confirm whether the core always operates at the manual overclock setting during idle tasks, or does it revert to the default clock when no OC is applied?

I made an error earlier. I increased the voltage to the default setting. At 1.185V the running stress was 4100MHz, and I have another question. When the CPU runs at 1.185V and 1.100V with the same frequency, is that safe? Does it mean the CPU must operate at the same frequency at a lower voltage? Could this cause any damage? I’m considering lowering it to 1V and maintaining it there. If the CPU can run stably at 4100MHz at 1V, will that be safe? What if I force it to run at 4100MHz but at much lower voltages?

It's secure. The main reason to avoid lower voltage is that it could cause a crash or reduce performance.
