Hello everyone,
I’m planning to push my i5-8600K on Z370-E Gaming to a speed of 4.5-4.6Ghz (likely around 4.5Ghz across all cores). I’ve already run some tests and am stable between 1.25-1.27v with the VID voltage staying near 1.3-1.35v during peak load. However, temperatures would rise into the mid-to-high 80s with my old cooling solution (I can’t recall the exact model, but it’s from about five years ago and looks similar to the 212). I don’t want to go for water cooling—the pros and cons convinced me to stick with air cooling, and I think I won’t have enough space for a large water system since smaller models would be too noisy and not fit.

My setup is an AZZA XT-1 on an Asus Z370-E Gaming, using 2x Corsair Vengeance LPX 2133 in slots a2 and b2.
I’m puzzled about what air cooling options will keep the temps at low to mid-70s in p95, so I won’t have to stress about overheating during games. Since space isn’t a major concern, I was considering Cryorig H7 Quad Lumi (mainly for RGB), H5 Universal, and Be Quiet! Dark Rock 3.

My budget is around $75.
OR
I could add a bit more if you can confirm whether the Dark Pro 3, R1, or another large cooler would fit without issues regarding RAM clearance.

I know Noctuas are good but their colors are hard on my eyes. I’d like to keep my black-red build as close to the theme as possible.
I’m seeking advice on coolers and whether I can reach 4.5-4.6Ghz with the mentioned models or if I need to explore other options.
Thank you all for your help!

The best of the bunch is the Dark Rock, though the setup is terrible.

If the H5 Universal suits your situation, it's a solid option.

Ordered the H7 Quad Lumi recently. After reviewing some performance videos, it seems it will suit my setup, especially considering my case airflow requirements. The exceptional RGB features are also a plus. Although I’m not sure if this will last long, H5 or Dark Rock would be better choices. For now, I’ll compare their performance once everything is set up. Also, I’m expecting replacement fans from stock to Corsair SP120s and 140s quiet edition. After that, I’ll conduct some testing.

So here I am with the report.
After setting up the H7 Quad Lumi, the outcomes exceeded my expectations. Under 100% stress, the maximum temperature dropped to 70°C instead of the usual 89°C when using the old cooler. The test lasted longer with the new setup, and everything ran smoothly at standard speeds.
This Lumi looks great, especially the RGB effect. From a quality standpoint, it appears superior to the Asus Aura colors—though I’m puzzled why I see purple instead of white on my 1070. In the future, I might upgrade to Corsair RGB fans or opt for a black model because white looks nice but makes my GPU glow too much, fading out the ROG logo. Apart from that, I’m really satisfied with this purchase. I also upgraded my power supply to a Seasonic Focus Plus 750W 80 Gold.
