I've configured my i5 7600k with a Corsair H60 to 4.3 GHz and 1.250V, but it only manages those speeds. I experience extremely high temperatures of 80-85 degrees during games. What's happening?

The H60 isn't ideal for very high overclocks. You might need a larger radiator to handle the heat better. It seems it could struggle at 1.25vcore, though you haven't tried reapplying thermal paste yet. The fan should be spinning at high speeds too.

I don't have a clear idea of what constitutes high RPMs, but here are the values.
