I understand Fortnite isn’t popular among gamers, but my friend enjoys playing on an iPad, which is one of our rare shared games. Hardware: Lenovo Legion y520 i5 7300hq - undervolted to 1050 MHz - 4GB RAM, OC to 16GB, dual-channel 2TB SSD, 258GB SSD boot drive. Performance: CPU temps 55-65°C, GPU 60°C. I’m experiencing strange FPS drops and stuttering only in Fortnite. All settings are low with a view distance of epic at 1080p, capped at 60fps. The problem seems specific to Fortnite. I also play CSGO, Assassins Creed, and Watch Dogs, getting solid 80-100 FPS on medium to high settings. I’ve tried updating drivers and reinstalling Windows recently.

Very little was attempted with the medium, it doesn't seem to have an impact.
