Hi,
I’m planning to overclock my i 5 6600k to 4.2 GHz with a voltage of 1.250V. I’m worried if this will affect the lifespan of my CPU. Also, what happens if I try 1.300V at 4.4 GHz? Will that also shorten the CPU’s life? Thanks.

no and no as long as your CPU stays below 80°C
