Start by doing things the right way, don’t rush into buying without understanding the issue. Keep things straightforward and skip the stress tests. Load the stock settings and keep going with your regular tasks. By the way, I don’t know why you’re dealing with those voltages, especially with an air cooler. Also, you didn’t mention the motherboard in your PC list—probably the most important part. Oh yeah, sorry, my mobile is a GIGABYTE Z170 gaming K3. I’m honestly not very experienced with OC. From what I’ve read on other forums, they mentioned 1.4v as the limit, but I managed to run 1.28v on Prime95 without any problems, so I’ll try running Prime95 for 24 hours to check stability.
