If you pushed it to 4.6 ghz with 1.345v and kept it stable at 62 degrees Celsius under load, would you continue increasing the multiplier and vcore? Yes, you should adjust the vcore value up by that amount.

By load, are you referring to stress testing such as prime95 or real bench testing? I follow the guide at and would not exceed 80°C with my 6600k during stress tests. With a real bench test, I reach around 75°C, while normal gaming stays between 50-60°C.
