I5 6600k oc to 4.5 ghz
I overclocked this first to 4.5 without touching the v.
My temps were 59 average and 62 max.
At 100% cpu usage of cinebench for 30 minutes,
Should I continue or not?
I'm unsure because I don't have the best CPU cooler in the world...cooler master hyper 103.
62c is acceptable - the CPU temperature should be set to 100c (and remains safe at normal speeds), while 80c might be ideal for overclocking.
When keeping voltage active in "auto," remember you're increasing it as clockspeed rises, possibly exceeding requirements. What's your current voltage?

62c is acceptable - set the CPU throttle temperature to 100c (and it's safe at normal speeds), and 80c seems like a reasonable max if you're pushing it overclocked.

Reducing temperatures doesn't significantly enhance stability, longevity, or performance.
