I managed to get my i5 6600k running at 4.5 Ghz at 1.28V. Does that sound realistic? I'm curious to hear what others think. Could 5GHz be achievable, perhaps around 1.36?

It makes sense. For 5Ghz you won't understand it until you attempt it. When you begin facing signals requiring significantly higher voltage for 100Mhz, that's when you hit your boundary.
