Hi, I increased my CPU to 4.5 GHz at 1.33V with a large Aquachanger 240 AIO liquid cooler and a Gigabyte GA-Z170X-GAMING 5. After running AIDA64 for about 15 minutes, everything was fine—temperatures stayed below 63°C. I’m on the safer side. If I lower the voltage to 1.32V, I notice BSOD while gaming or running AIDA64.

Lol, a 0.01V over the long term isn't a big deal if that's what you're worried about. No worries at all. Your chip is still operating safely, staying within the maximum limits by roughly 20 degrees.
