Which option performs better for gaming? You can obtain it for free as an upgrade, but I’m unsure if it’s superior. Any details would be helpful. Thank you!

Almost everything is better than an FX CPU for gaming. However, this is a strange comparison. Why these two specifically?

You already have the 6350 installed, but you're receiving an i5 free from a relative along with a mining H110 Pro motherboard. Are you likely to face problems when playing games?

In theory, yes—though some issues might arise when installing Windows 10. Edit: The FX-6350 model seems to handle it better, especially for the Battlefield series due to its robust performance.

You receive DDR4 compatibility and the option to upgrade your CPU. The 6500T’s clock speeds are modest, so consider moving to a 6600 in the near future; used listings are usually quite affordable.
