i achieved 4.4ghz at 1.28v with a peak of 81 in prime95

Yes, it's about average for a 4670K and you should be able to run it stably at 1.27.

The program stops working after 10 minutes in prime95. Ah, 1.28v is okay unless you exceed 81C, because in real situations those temperatures aren't reached.
