The CPU might limit your performance when playing demanding games. The 9600k can restrict GPUs in some tough titles. The GTX 970 is an older card that falls behind many budget options. It’s unlikely to last four years at high settings, but medium settings should still give you usable frames. How much are you investing in the system?

He said it isn’t worth the price you paid. You might try something else that works better. The 1650 is just a placeholder. I suggest using the updated 1650 or another used GPU in that range. PCPartPicker lists items like this one, but the numbers are outdated. Replace the placeholder with today’s top model or a similar used unit.
