Hey, I made some changes to my i5 3570 CPU (without the "K"). I'm still checking if it's okay.
My motherboard is Asus P8Z77-V LX2 and I have a G.SKILL Ares Series 2x4GB (8GB) memory at 1600MHZ.
CPU specs: BUS Speed is 105.99Mhz, multiplier between x16 and x38, giving a core speed around 4.0GHz.
Memory has been overclocked to 1696Mhz.
