I5 2500 overclock
I5 2500 overclock
CPU: I5 2500
Motherboard: ASUS H61M-D
H board series can't be overclocked, right?
But I use an ASUS H61MD and it has X.M.P. overclock enabled. I turn it on.
Why is my multiplier between 16 and 37? I want to know, because the H board can't OC. 😀

I'm trying to overclock my CPU for playing BF1 in 1080p.
I'm considering buying an old MSI PH67S-C43.
Can it adjust the bus speed a bit?
Thanks for your reply
P.S. Your English isn't great 😀
The highest multiplier will determine your turbo speed. Checking your CPU specifications shows a turbo of 3.7ghz. The motherboard supports RAM connections, but this usually doesn’t affect performance in most games. Clock speed won’t change much on these boards either.
The processor and motherboard don't support overclocking. XMP stands for Xtreme memory profile and applies to RAM. It's not possible to overclock the processor.

No, none of the h mobos. It's a waste of money to get a mobo that can oc.
