Occasionally the prices fluctuate this way. Currently, at B&H in the US, the 14600KF costs a dollar less than the 13600KF. Choosing the latter would be a mistake in that scenario.

I want to make sure I understand how much these CPUs cost right now. When I search online, the 14600K seems about $5 higher than what it should be.

I rely on PCPartPicker to check prices, which combines results from multiple retailers like B&H, Amazon, Newegg, Adorama and Best Buy. It automatically shows the lowest price available. Keep in mind there might be questionable third-party sellers—prices can vary significantly, especially on Amazon. Overall, it’s a useful tool for comparing components. I was focusing on the KF model; K versions are currently priced slightly higher but not always.
