Hi there, I see you've got a high-performance build running hot consistently. The Cinebench results suggest your CPU is under heavy load and likely throttling due to heat. The i5-13600K paired with a Noctua NH-D15 cooler should handle it well, but ensure proper airflow and thermal paste quality. Check temperatures with a reliable monitor, and consider cleaning dust from vents or fans if needed. If the issue persists, verify fan speeds and cooling efficiency.

I noticed you're using XTU, did you customize your chip? A 13600k sounds powerful... What are your power consumption and clock speeds?

You can look for "Clocks & Power Draw" in the system settings or documentation section.

The DH15 should perform much better if everything is correctly set up. Make sure the installation is right and the fans are running at full speed in the same direction. Consider using HWInfo64 for a detailed check.

Both users are directing their attention toward the same spot, that's right! I've added CPUs and fans before. I've gone through the steps, put thermal paste on, and mounted the fan.

Unable to view temperature readings and power consumption data during idle mode and under load conditions.

The Noctua NH-D15 isn't a brand-new cooler; it's a model I've used before. The recent search didn't show any new reviews or films, which might mean only basic plastic covers are available. You might have missed checking for updated information.

Completely new. I didn’t realize something crucial—the 140mm fan over my RAM wouldn’t fit in the case, so I replaced it with a 120mm Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM. One of the original 140mm fans sits between the heatsinks.
