I assembled a new computer using an i5-12400 processor, an ASUS B660 motherboard, Wi-Fi d4, 16GB of Kingston RAM, and a D4 USB port. When powered on, the only activity was the fan spinning and the red CPU LED lighting up. The USB ports didn’t respond at all. I tried using just one RAM stick in different slots, but it didn’t help. I also re-seated the CPU, replaced the heatsink, swapped out the power supply, and even used a different PSU, yet nothing changed. I’m unsure if my CPU or memory is faulty—also, the memory has straight pins, not bent.
