Consider looking for an OC guide. You’ll need a Z490 motherboard, solid cooling, and quality silicon (a reliable chip).

It's hard to ignore the effort required to reach full-core 5.0GHz performance. At least you should invest some work. You probably have to disable power caps and boost the CPU frequency multiplier significantly.
