Looking for the simplest method to boost your i5 to 5 GHz? You can try adjusting the power limit settings or changing the multiplier value, which should bring it up to the desired frequency. However, you may need some effort and time to ensure everything works correctly.

Consider looking for an OC guide. You’ll need a Z490 motherboard, solid cooling, and quality silicon (a reliable chip).

It's hard to ignore the effort required to reach full-core 5.0GHz performance. At least you should invest some work. You probably have to disable power caps and boost the CPU frequency multiplier significantly.
