Based on what I've observed, the improvements appear to be around 20%, which is about a 15% boost in the best scenario. It doesn't look like it will match your expectations given the current price increase.

I don’t want to push the clock speeds higher since both chips would hit their limits with my GTX 1070Ti. I’m not planning any upgrades soon—just sticking to the current settings of 1440p and 144hz, which means the GPU is already the limiting factor.
