Considering a 3100 for an A320. The budget is extremely limited, and it’s pricier than the 9100F at least where I’m staying.

Have you thought about using an RX 580 GPU? It seems to provide better value compared to a 1650. I just saw you mention the 1650s—did you mean something else?

A320 and H310 are generally poor choices and should be avoided. Neither chipset is suitable due to their insufficient capabilities and low quality.
