your i3 9100f is experiencing serious bottlenecks with your 1650 oc gddr5 cyberpunk at low settings. you're seeing low frame rates around 35-40fps and heavy CPU stuttering while the GPU barely reaches 99%. other videos with similar configurations run much smoother. could there be a reason it's not performing well together? your msi mortar motherboard has 16gb ram, 500w psu, and up-to-date win 10.

Cyberpunk doesn't really favor four-core setups, which makes sense—let's check out other titles to confirm.

I understand, though it often displays the 2060s and 3060s more smoothly while still facing challenges with my 1650 version.
