Search eBay for recent sales to gauge prices. In the UK, expect around 80£-100£; memory about 30£-35£. Prices can differ by location. In the US, an i3 8100 may be more affordable.

Also, the chance of it selling relies on how much people want the product. For the i3 8100, demand isn’t strong because the 10th gen Intel chips are out and more folks prefer AMD. Pricing it the same as other options won’t boost sales much.
