Hello, your new 32GB RAM with a 3200MHz clock speed should perform well. Your previous build had 16GB at 2444MHz, so upgrading to 32GB at the same speed is a solid move. The H510 from Gigabyte should handle it efficiently.
It will function but it will only operate at 2666 MHz instead of the desired 3200 MHz. To achieve higher RAM speeds, you'll need a B560 or Z4/590 processor. CometLake IMX is suited for around 4400-4600 MHz with approximately 1.45V VCC and VDS.
In the 10th generation, performance is limited only by your own effort since there was no gear 2 available back then. I'm currently handling 4000mhz Cl36 stable RNC.
