I successfully resolved the BF4 issue after a hard crash on my PC, it turned out the OSD from MSI AB was the culprit. Now I experience random disconnections in the game, like ensuring port 3659 {UDP} is configured on my router. I verified it’s already set up because we all live in the 21st century with UPNP. Despite having 49 hours of playtime, I never really enjoyed the game—it feels poorly developed and seems like a second thought from DICE/EA.
When the port error occurs, closing and reopening the game usually resolves the issue. Also, playing better can make a difference.
You're not interested in a game that feels almost identical to something else. I won't buy Witcher 3 since I didn't enjoy GTA V. Wait—what? (By the way, I actually like GTA V.)
You understand that a small portion remains skeptical... Have you noticed many players who enjoyed BF4 without problems? The negative voices are fewer, as those without issues tend not to share their experiences. Still, my argument holds—this shouldn’t change how you view BF4 at all. Reasonable if you currently dislike it.
