Hello, I bought a DLC for Ghost Recon Phantoms, even though the game is advertised as free to play—it's actually a trial requiring a purchase. I obtained the DLC but it didn't show up in my account. I reached out to both Ubisoft support and Steam support; Ubisoft hasn't replied in two weeks, while Steam support only suggests contacting the developer with minimal follow-up. My usual payment method was PayPal, which protected me, but this time I used a credit card and now I have no recourse. Do you have any advice?

If you paid with a credit card or PayPal, simply undo the transaction by contacting your card issuer or PayPal support. They should be able to reverse the payment for you.

I'm not sure which DLC you're talking about. Could you provide more details?

I’d prefer it, though a global call would be more expensive than the DLC.

Absolutely, I didn’t consider that before. Are there any options for a free call center? Could you tell me where you’re located?

The game remains accessible without purchase; the infinite pack accelerates progression significantly

Bulgaria, maybe you haven't heard of it. It hasn't been played much lately—I see... Let's give it another shot and find out what happened. I used to enjoy it during beta, tried again after the 1.6 Phantom Accelerator update, and now I'm considering playing a bit more. I think they're just trying to make it better.
