He needs to disable the Gigabyte OC Guru because it caused issues in Battlefield 3. Possible fixes could involve MSI settings or Logitech software.

Avoid relying on EA calls. The community server is managed by paid users who can remove anyone without cause. Also, this isn't a standard PB ban—it explicitly states the ban was made by Metabans. It mentions a separate list for checks, so you may have been added to that. Or someone might be trying to provoke you. Unclear what criteria they use in the database; if it's based on username, it could be an error.

I've shared my thoughts on the Metabans forum about lifting the ban. Staff advised reaching out to the server admin, and I made sure to stay polite throughout. It seems I haven't been in touch with them lately.
